Red, White & Blue Vases

Three simple vases dressed up in the colors of the flag will bring patriotic flair to your mantel and to your room.

Start by hanging a large flag on the wall above. Dress up the mantel with a table runner in red and blue checks.

Place red, white and blue vases on the table or fill clear glasses with colored items like marbles, filler grass etc. Place red, white and blue flowers in them taking care that none of the vases has flowers that match with its color.

Place small blue Christmas baubles in plates and place between the vases to space them out.
