Red, White & Blue Pillow

Add this pillow in patriotic colors to your room for decor.

What you will need:

1 poly fill cushion 12 x 12 inches
Half yard red and white striped fabric
Quarter yard blue plain material
13 inch zip
silver/white stars cut from white fabric or stick-on stars

Directions:

1. Cut 1 pc. Of fabric from the striped fabric 13 x 13 ins.

2. Cut another piece 13 x 14 ins.

3. Cut the rest of the fabric into 2 inch strips – join and make into a frill.

4. Cut the blue fabric into 2.5 ins. Strips and stitch along the first piece, to form a border.

5. To the second piece attach the zip at the back .

6. Sew the front and the back together keeping the frill between the two layers of fabric.

7. Turn inside out and stick stars on the blue borders.
